Liability Waiver & Release of Claims

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that fishing and boating activities involve inherent risks including, but not limited to: exposure to weather conditions, water hazards, equipment failure, slips and falls, fish hooks and sharp objects, and other risks associated with being on or near water. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Lazy Minnow, its owners, employees, guides, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in fishing charter activities, including those caused by negligence.

3. Medical Fitness

I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in fishing activities. I agree to inform the guide of any medical conditions, medications, or physical limitations that may affect my participation.

4. Rules & Regulations

I agree to follow all instructions from the fishing guide, comply with Maryland fishing regulations, wear provided safety equipment when required, and conduct myself in a safe and responsible manner. I understand that failure to follow safety rules may result in termination of the charter without refund.
